ABOUT US

Safe Landing Academy (SLA) was established to translate the latest Safe Landing Research to deliver a practical training program - Dynamic Balance for Life™ (DBfL) - enabling individuals at-risk of falling to use DBfL Safe Landing Principles to minimise harm and injury from falls.

Our vision is to create a community where at-risk individuals gain the knowledge and skills to react in the case of a fall and land safely to prevent severe injury, so they move safely and confidently.

Through partnerships with health organisations, community groups, and research institutions, we deliver a program that is evidence-based and informed by lived experience. SLA proudly works in partnership with the Adelaide University Judo Club (AUJC).
