Safe Falling Classes

Dynamic Balance
for Life

We offer a range of DBfL Safe Falling classes, including our 10-week evidence-based introductory course that teaches safe falling in three directions – backwards, sideways, and forward. This course is also available as an intensive twice-per-week option.

Additional classes include DBfL Strength & Practice sessions, customised small-group DBfL Safe Falling classes (maximum of 4 participants), and 1-on-1 sessions.

All DBfL Safe Falling Introductory Courses cover all four stages of a fall and include training in balance, balance recovery, and safe floor transfers.

Classes are delivered at the Adelaide University Judo Club in Thebarton, South Australia.

We also offer Dynamic Balance for Life (DBfL) workshops and seminars for workplaces and industries like yours. We create tailored interactive seminars or hands on training sessions for you and your colleagues, that will educate and inspire you to learn more about safe landing. These sessions focus on DBfL principles, combining education with practical strategies to help reduce injury from falling.
