Judo Coaches
A Train-the-Trainer program designed for Judo Coaches who want to become DBfL Certified Safe Falling Instructors to provide safe falling training within their club and community.
The program is evidence-based and includes a 2-day workshop followed by practical sessions to ensure you feel confident to teach safe falling. The program also includes access to a secure trainer portal with training videos, materials, worksheets and more.
Delivered in person and online by the Adelaide University Judo Club (AUJC).

Our practical safe falling courses give participants the opportunity to learn and practise how to fall more safely, while our interactive workshops and seminars provide education and practical strategies to help reduce the risk of fall-related injuries.
