Ongoing casual Balance Class on Wednesdays 10am to support your balance and confidence
Service Description
Ongoing casual balance classes specifically designed to support your balance and confidence, incorporating balance, reactive balance and mobility exercises. Perfect for those who are struggling with their balance and want to improve their confidence. A causal class costs $25. We also offer a discounted 10-session SLA pass for $220. Please note: A personalised balance assessment with our Physiotherapist is required before you can join the class. The assessment costs $66, or is equivalent to 3 sessions on our 10-Session SLA Pass.
