5-week (2 sessions/week) evidence-based introductory class to learn safe falling in 3 directions – backwards, sideways & forward. This class covers all stages of a fall and also includes balance, balance recovery & floor transfers. This DBfL Safe Falling Introductory Class includes all of the 10 sessions below.
